• Please note that all new clients are required to complete a treatment health questionnaire as part of your initial consultation this can take between 5-15 minutes and enables us to schedule the correct services for your concerns or needs.

• If you wear contact lenses please ensure they are removed prior to a facial or eyelash tint.

• Please note that all clients are required to have a patch test completed at least 24 hours prior to the following services – Eye lash tint, Eye brow tint, and Eye lash Perm. The tint will be applied to a small area of skin behind the ear to monitor reaction, it is not advisable to proceed with these services if a reaction has occurred

• Please note that you maybe required to gain medical approval prior to commencement of treatments for some medical conditions.

• Please note that facial waxing cannot be combined with any other facial treatment. Leg, arm or body waxing cannot be combined with any other body treatment.

• Please advise us if you are pregnant as some treatments may be unsuitable.

• If you are running 15 minutes or later for your appointment we suggest you give us a call as the service may have to be rescheduled.

• Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments (a cancellation fee may apply).

• A deposit may be required for treatments/services/parties lasting 2 hours or more.

Pre-treatment and after care advice:

Before hair removal treatments and for 12 hours after do not: have a hot bath, hot shower, sauna or Jacuzzi. Do not exercise. Do not apply moisturising creams, sunbathe or use a sun bed. Avoid wearing tight fitting clothing, such as tights.
